🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in program or technical program management within a product-driven tech org.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, design, and QA.
- Strong understanding of digital accessibility, including WCAG 2.x and inclusive design.
- Operationalizing accessibility standards into repeatable processes, tools, and roadmaps.
- Translate accessibility requirements into actionable program plans aligned with velocity.
- Experience defining metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track progress.
