Security Solutions Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage the Salesforce Certinia case queue for Security Solutions.
• Oversee intake and routing of service requests to agents.
• Create and maintain views to track workload and turnaround.
• Ensure cases move through workflow and assign for resolution.
• Assist with scoping, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Use internal tools to generate quotes and track opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent; four-year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of information systems concepts; cyber security ops or proposals preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through.
• Technical sales or consulting experience; team player.
• Experience with task management/Kanban tools and CRM; Jira/Salesforce preferred.
