10+ years in AppSec and enterprise security; Fortune 500 work.
Strategic security governance: 5-7+ yrs partnering with IT/governance teams.
Engineering DNA: integrate security into SDLC without slowing delivery.
Sales Rigor & Methodology: 5-7+ yrs in enterprise sales; MEDDPICC/Challenger.
Modern technical depth: DevSecOps, AI, cloud-native; Kubernetes, CI/CD.
Frog mindset: self-starter who bridges silos and collaborates.
