🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of software or security engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python or Go for production backends and data pipelines
- Experience building backends with REST APIs, auth, rate limiting, streaming, and observability
- Knowledge of app security: injections, broken auth, XSS, secret exposure; threat modeling/SSDLC
- Hands-on with AI systems using LLM APIs, including RAG, multi-agent, and semantic search
- Genuine interest in AI security and its risks
- Distributed systems and cloud: queues, NoSQL, AWS, containers, Kubernetes/ECS, serverless, IaC
- Caching patterns: Redis, semantic caching, TTLs, cache invalidation
- Strong communication to explain AI and security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
