📋 Description

• Supervise client site operations on assigned shift.
• Manage a team of 10 security staff; scheduling, payroll, training.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
• Coordinate site-specific training per Titan standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid security license (state as required); driver's license.
• English language required; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
