- Report directly to Marksman / Titan Management.
- Manage a team of 10-12 officers; scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
- Ensure high-quality security services protect people and property.
- Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
🎯 Requirements
- High School diploma/GED; 3 years security experience; must be 18+
- Valid state security license and driver's license.
- Must read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
