• Lead a team to supervise operations at a Client site on shift.
• Oversee 8-10 security officers; manage scheduling and training.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years security-related experience.
• Valid Security License as required by state; driver's license where applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English reading/writing/speaking; bilingual a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
