📋 Description

• Supervise operations at the client site on the assigned shift.
• Report directly to Titan Management.
• Manage security officers: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Respond to security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through coaching, recognition, and performance management.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience; 18+.
• Read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift at least 50 lbs; all weather.
• Maintain working telephone number.
• Knowledge of post instructions and Titan training standards.
