📋 Description

• Supervise operations at client site on shift.
• Manage security officers: scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Coordinate on-the-job and client-specific training per Titan standards.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and post orders.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong English reading/writing; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; able to climb stairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
