Supervise operations of a client site on the assigned shift.
Manage a team of 10 security officers/supervisors, including scheduling and payroll.
Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
Develop staff through coaching and performance management.
Provide a positive work environment by treating staff with respect.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience; 18+
Valid security license; driver's license as applicable
English required; bilingual a plus
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent customer service and communications
