📋 Description

• Supervise operations of the client site on the assigned shift.
• Lead security officers; schedule, train, and coach.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance coaching and training per Titan standards.
• Maintain client relations and provide excellent customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain professional conduct and teamwork.
