- Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
- Report directly to Titan Management.
- Manage a team of 10-12 security officers/supervisors, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Develop staff in technical and professional skills via performance management.
🎯 Requirements
- Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED plus 3 years as security officer; must be 18+.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Security License if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
- Language Skills: Read/write/speak English; Bi-lingual considered a plus.
- Other: Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; maintain a working phone number.
- Physical Demands: Stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift at least 50 lbs.
- Additional: Clear and accurate logs and reporting as required.
