Security Shift Supervisor - Office High Rise - Chicago

📋 Description

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security-related experience.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
