- Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
- Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management.
- Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training.
- Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services.
- Handle all escalated security issues or emergencies.
- Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
π― Requirements
- At least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
- High School diploma or GED; 3 years security-related experience.
- Valid security license if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must read, write, speak English; bilingual a plus.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
