📋 Description

• Supervise operations of the assigned client site on the shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director or Titan Management.
• Manage security officers: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience; 18+ years old.
• Valid WI Private Security License.
• English reading/writing/speaking; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
