📋 Description

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Provide high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in technical and professional skills via performance management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of continuous supervisory experience.
• High School diploma or GED with 3 years related security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Wisconsin Private Security License.
• English required; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
