📋 Description

• Help supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling and training.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment by treating staff with respect.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• English language proficiency; bilingual a plus.
• Must maintain a working telephone number.
