Security Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee planning, implementation, and mgmt of security systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and PMs during design.
• Integrate state-of-the-art security technologies into ongoing projects.
• Review security drawings (camera, access, intrusion) for standards.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ANSI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and security policies.
• Collaborate with Site Development and design teams on recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in security systems design/installation or security management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and security tech.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk; AutoCAD and Revit a plus.
• MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel.
• CPP or PSP (ASIS) certifications desirable.
• Excellent collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
