Security Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor access control, video management, alarms, and monitoring platforms.
• First contact for security incidents; triage, escalate, document.
• Coordinate response with onsite staff, vendors, first responders.
• Maintain situational awareness across facilities during events.
• Create incident reports and event logs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1+ years in SOC/GSOC or related role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during high-tempo events.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
