Security Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Report operational matters to the Portfolio Manager and senior leaders.
• Establish, maintain, and review schedules to minimize overtime using WinTeam.
• Recruit and develop the workforce; direct recruitment for open roles.
• Coordinate support services to manage client sites and meet goals.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years security or customer service exp.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Read, write, and speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; scheduling software a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
