Security Operations Engineer II

📋 Description

• Collaborates with the CSO Team to support security standards.
• Partner with IT to implement access controls and identity management.
• Contribute to OS, Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, and cloud hardening initiatives.
• Support vulnerability and patch management tracking remediation.
• Communicate remediation steps for vulnerabilities from scans/tests.
• Support security monitoring to secure the production environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Information Security experience.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
• Automation and scripting with Terraform and shell/Python.
• Experience with web app, network, and cloud penetration testing.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and audits such as SOC2/HiTrust a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to document findings.
