Advance detection and response strategy with engineering/IT leadership
Ensure SOC 2 and cloud security framework compliance
Manage escalations from Sales/CS incl. security questionnaires
Build and tune monitoring, logging, alerting for visibility and less noise
Automate SecOps workflows to speed investigations
Guide AI security adoption across Apollo and participate in lightweight on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in security operations or IR; 2+ years in staff or senior role
Deep expertise in cloud-native detection/response
Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
Experience building/automating security tooling (SIEM, SOAR, scripts)
Proven ability to lead/coordinate incident response across multiple teams
Terraform and Kubernetes familiarity with modern infra stacks
