Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.
Report to Site Supervisor/Director and Titan Management.
Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling and training.
Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
Coordinate on-the-job training and client-specific training per Titan standards.

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
English literacy: read, write, speak, and understand.
Obtain and maintain Ohio security guard license.
Physical: able to lift 50+ lbs and conduct patrols in various conditions.
High School diploma or GED.
