📋 Description

• Perform regular patrols (foot and vehicle) throughout the property.
• Assist guests with directions and information; maintain a friendly presence.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity; coordinate with authorities.
• Collaborate with surveillance to monitor CCTV and report safety concerns.
• Maintain incident and activity reports including patrol logs and interactions.
• Check doors, windows, lighting, and fire safety equipment; ensure security.
• Promote property rules, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Use communication and conflict-resolution skills to manage disputes.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year security, law enforcement, or customer-facing exp preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a SLED security license or certification.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; outdoor work in various weather.
• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
