π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year security, law enforcement, or customer-facing exp preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a SLED security license or certification.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; outdoor work in various weather.
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Able to meet physical requirements (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
