📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; log incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical requirements: lift 50+ lbs, patrol, stairs, weather.
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License preferred; bilingual a plus.
