- Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
- Report directly to Marksman / Titan Management.
- Manage a team of 15 security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training.
- Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
🎯 Requirements
- High School diploma and 2 years leadership experience.
- Valid Security License if required by state, driver's license as applicable.
- English language proficiency; bilingual a plus.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must maintain a working telephone number contact.
- Physical demands: stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift 50 lbs.
