Provide excellent customer service to all on-site parties, including directions.
Maintain front desk logs for people, property, and packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and ensure safety.
Respond to incidents and emergencies, recording data for management.
Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience in security, front desk, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant roles.
Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
High School diploma or GED.
Able to obtain Illinois PERC license and required training.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
