📋 Description

• Maintain a polished, professional presence; greet tenants and guests.
• Serve as primary contact for occupants; provide directions and info.
• Enforce access control; prevent tailgating and unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols; report hazards and vulnerabilities.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems; monitor life safety systems.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; coordinate with management and responders.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in corporate security, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, security software, and MS Office for reporting.
• Professional maturity and sound judgment for tenant interactions.
• High-rise office building security experience preferred.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
