📋 Description

• Lead cybersecurity programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain security standards, procedures.
• Create security plans addressing evolving threats.
• Lead Security Operations team and recruitment.
• Manage 24/7 monitoring, incident response, investigations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in information security.
• 2-3+ years leading security teams.
• IAM, SIEM, incident & vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of COBIT, SSAE18, ISO27000, PCI DSS, SOX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Penetration testing tools & methodologies.
• Incident response, UEBA, EDR experience.
• Project coordination, budgeting, and delivery.
