📋 Description

  • IT support: first line of help; resolve issues and meet SLAs
  • Endpoint management: lifecycle of devices—laptops, desktops, mobiles, and VDI
  • Patch management: keep endpoints, cloud servers, and VDI up to date; track and report
  • Vulnerability management: run scans; prioritize by risk; drive remediation
  • Access & identity: manage user accounts; enforce least privilege; provisioning
  • Threat prevention: help implement security controls — endpoint protection, DLP, email, network

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in an IT support or IT operations role
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management, MDM, and endpoint security tools
  • Some exposure to patch management
  • Familiar with vulnerability scanning and interpreting results
  • Understand AI tools security risks
  • Strong communicator and ownership
