📋 Description

• Own Mill's security posture end-to-end across internal and external systems.
• Lead SOC 2 program from roadmap to audit readiness.
• Own IT operations with MSP; define SLAs and manage costs.
• Contribute to AI governance and risk for AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in IT operations and information security.
• Experience owning or contributing to SOC 2 audit (Type 1 or 2).
• Hands-on IAM/MDM and cloud SaaS security.
• Experience building security policies, risk registers, and compliance docs.
• Strong cross-functional communicator with Eng, Finance, and People Ops.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 controls.
