- Lead field team to ensure QA and compliance across accounts.
- Train team members in customer service and QA/compliance documentation.
- Monitor and coach staff on attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Support HR and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations.
- Respond to escalated security issues or emergencies.
- Compile reports on incidents, personnel activity, and account trends.
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Other duties as assigned.
π― Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2 years experience as Security Lead or Supervisor, or in a customer service field.
- Able to obtain and maintain valid PERC and Driver's license.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Able to meet physical functions: lift 75+ lbs, patrols, stairs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual considered a plus.
- Prior WinTeam and/or eHUB experience.
