Train team in customer service and QA/compliance procedures
Monitor and coach staff on attendance, disciplinary actions, and performance
Support HR in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations
Respond to escalated security issues or emergencies
Compile and prepare reports on incidents, personnel activities and account trends
Work a flexible schedule including weekends
Other duties as assigned
Schedule: Thursday-Monday 10:00pm-8:00am
