Security Engineering Manager, Platform Security

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for Platform Security across Kubernetes and multi-cloud.
• Lead and grow the Platform Security engineering team.
• Design and operate security controls for the Kubernetes platform.
• Drive cloud security posture in AWS, GCP, and Azure; IAM hygiene and guardrails.
• Own CSPM capabilities with automated remediation.
• Build image integrity and supply chain controls including signing and provenance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in platform or cloud security engineering.
• 3-5+ years leading or managing engineers.
• Kubernetes security: admission control, RBAC, network policy, runtime security.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure IAM, governance, and configuration.
• Prefer building operating systems over policy documents; clear technical plans.
• Proficient in Go or Python; IaC with Terraform.
• Experience with OPA Gatekeeper or Kyverno; multi-tenant Kubernetes security.
• Familiar with CSPM and supply chain tooling such as Sigstore or Cosign.
