Security Engineering Manager, Network Security

📋 Description

• Lead the network security program for CoreWeave's platform.
• Partner with Networking, Infra, and SRE on secure network fabrics.
• Grow and mentor a team of network security engineers.
• Balance performance, isolation, and reliability in security design.
• Own network security posture across fabric, control planes, and edge.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 12+ years in network, infrastructure, or platform security in large-scale environments.
• 3 to 5+ years leading or managing engineers.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, BGP, DNS, TLS, and segmentation.
• Experience securing modern network architectures, including overlays.
• Experience with InfiniBand fabrics and HPC networking.
• Comfort reasoning about distributed systems and tradeoffs in performance.
