Security Engineering Manager, Enterprise Security

📋 Description

• Lead CoreWeave’s Enterprise Security engineering program.
• Own identity, endpoint, and enterprise service security globally.
• Hands-on engineering leadership, not policy work.
• Define strategy for IAM, zero trust, SaaS security, endpoint hardening.
• Build, operate, and evolve real security systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Security Ops, Compliance, Legal, and Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in enterprise security or related engineering
• 3–5+ years leading engineers or teams
• Hands-on depth in IAM, SSO, auth, lifecycle management
• Experience designing and operating zero‑trust architectures
• Knowledge of SaaS risk and third‑party security
• Prefer building systems over policy creation
• Excellent cross‑functional communication
