🎯 Requirements

5+ years in offensive security, pentesting, or red teaming.
Strong Python or Go skills; experience building tools.
Deep web app security knowledge: OWASP Top 10, ASVS, common vuln types.
Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-native attack techniques.
Experience with offensive tools: Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Mythic.
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and TTPs; strong communication.
