Deliver expert-level EDR product support for internal and external customers.
Provide deep technical expertise on EDR platforms: configuration, tuning, deployment, troubleshooting.
Serve as escalation point for complex EDR incidents and investigations.
Partner with customers to guide security improvements in their environments.
Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
Monitor EDR performance and identify optimization opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s in computer science, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
4+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
Enterprise-level admin across Windows, macOS, Linux.
Hands-on with EDR tools: CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint.
Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with log analysis tools or SIEMs (Splunk, Sentinel, XSIAM).
