Security Engineer - Data Loss Prevention

📋 Description

• Set up, refine, and maintain DLP controls across endpoints, email, and cloud services.
• Monitor DLP alerts, triage and analyze, drive timely remediation with teams.
• Build procedures and guides for addressing DLP events and recurring alerts.
• Refine DLP policies and detection logic to reduce false positives.
• Lead Microsoft 365 security, focusing on Purview and the O365 platform.
• Be primary contact for DLP concerns, coordinating with Security Ops, Legal, HR, IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Engineering or Security Operations in large enterprises with DLP experience.
• Proven experience deploying DLP controls across endpoints, email, SaaS, or cloud.
• Experience handling DLP alerts, investigations, triage; improve detection and response.
• Experience developing workflows and playbooks with Security Ops, IT, and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/O365 safety; Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python) to support reporting/automation.
