Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and automate security controls and workflows using Python.
• Design automation controls for ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• Build and maintain integrations among security, IT, and cloud tools via APIs, webhooks, SDKs.
• Own delivery for security projects from design to handoff.
• Create reusable libraries and scripts to standardize platform interfaces.
• Partner with Incident Response to design logging and detection content and assist investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in information security or software engineering roles building automation.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and security controls.
• Strong coding/scripting in Python or Go; API, automation, and IaC experience.
• Experience with IAM, endpoint security, logging/SIEM, detection automation.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/ISO 27701/SOC 2/PCI DSS; encode into controls/workflows.
• Comfortable with common security/IT tooling and cross-functional collaboration.
