📋 Description

• Supervise dock-area operations; assist tenants and visitors as needed.
• Enforce loading dock access control and monitor CCTV/alarm systems.
• Lead staff training, performance management, and post orders.
• Coordinate dock activity with building management, tenants, and operations.
• Oversee deliveries; verify vendor/contractor credentials.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; maintain logs and incident reports.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience; 18+.
• Valid security license (state) and a valid driver's license.
• English literacy required; bilingual a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Maintain a working telephone number.
