Security Director

📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.
• Report to Director of Operations and Titan Management.
• Manage security officer teams: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff via performance management and targeted training.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED and 3 years supervisor experience.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license; MARSEC FSO Certification preferred.
• Language: Must read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Other Qualifications: Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Physical Demands: Able to stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
