SECURITY CONSULTANT

📋 Description

• Develop detailed security designs from concept to construction docs.
• Apply expertise in access control, perimeter security, and surveillance.
• Implement physical site hardening via barriers, landscaping, and street assets.
• Apply CPTED and defense-in-depth principles.
• Create technical drawings in AutoCAD and BIM (LOD 300).
• Manage projects, deliverables, and proposals; coordinate with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security studies/management or related field.
• Certifications: CPP, CSC, PSP preferred.
• 10+ years in security design and proposal writing.
• Experience in hospitality, high-rise, malls, airports, rails valued.
• Knowledge of UAE SIRA MOI standards preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills.
