Security Assurance Engineering - Senior Security Production Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production infrastructure for security controls at scale.
• Treat security assurance as engineering infrastructure, not a one-time task.
• Create automated, event-driven assurance monitoring across cloud and Kubernetes.
• Own reliability, performance, and signals for compliance health and risk.
• Partner with GRC, platform engineering, and security teams to encode controls.
• Build and deliver assurance pipelines for real-time visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years hands-on Linux experience in cloud services.
• 3+ years securing Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Experience building automated control validation and compliance-as-code.
• Proficient in Python; strong scripting skills.
• Familiar with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
• Experience with AWS and GCP cloud security.
