📋 Description

• Review phishing, impersonation, and online fraud threats to Bolster’s prospects.
• Identify and pursue takedowns for malicious content across web, social, and app stores.
• Perform threat hunting to identify malicious domains, credential sites, and attacker infra.
• Use OSINT tools (WHOIS, DNS, certificate transparency) to enrich findings.
• Analyze suspicious websites, hosting, DNS, redirects to detect patterns.
• Take down actions during active POC evaluations and track cases through remediation.
• Coordinate with registrars, hosting providers, and abuse contacts to drive enforcement.
• Monitor known malicious infrastructure to confirm suspension or evasion.
• Support Sales with technical validation and threat intelligence during POCs.
• Generate reports on threat activity, detection insights, and remediation outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in trust & safety or brand protection, focusing on Pre-Sales.
• Experience with phishing, impersonation, credential harvesting, and online fraud.
• Experience supporting technical evaluations, POCs, or presales is preferred.
• Understanding of internet infra: domains, DNS, hosting, redirects, attacker infra.
• Knowledge of security and fraud detection principles and attacker TTPs.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work independently or with others.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset; problem-solving and hypothesis-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication; document findings clearly.
• Security+ or GSEC certifications are a plus.
• Will to assist with time-sensitive investigations during presales.
