🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Security GRC, startup experience preferred
Startup mindset: scrappy, pragmatic, fast-paced
Proficient in NIST CSF, OCC Cybersecurity Supervision Work Program, FFIEC IT Handbook
Regulatory audits experience across security domains
Strong cross-functional communication
Experience building or scaling security programs in startups or embedded roles
