📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites.
• Lead Security Officers and Supervisors; manage staffing and training.
• Deliver high-quality services to protect people and property.
• Build client and employee relationships; support service quality.
• Prepare reports on personnel activities and account trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; 7+ years managerial security experience.
• Valid security license; CPP or similar preferred.
• Excel budgeting; workforce and scheduling systems.
• English fluency; bilingual a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
