- Supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites.
- Manage team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors.
- Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
- Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
- Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum seven years managerial experience in security or law enforcement.
- Ability to obtain a valid security license in Ohio.
- Proficiency with Excel; experience with workforce management and scheduling systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, financial and time-management skills.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
