Securities Processing Lead

📋 Description

• Manage daily fail control; settle trades and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor and cure 15c3-3 segregation deficits; escalate risks timely.
• Partner with ACATS, Securities Lending, Finance/FinOp, and Clearing to resolve breaks.
• Coordinate with DTC, NSCC, and vendors to resolve failing trades.
• Oversee and validate daily entries, adjustments, and corrections.
• Maintain and enhance operational controls for asset protection and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Series 7 license required.
• 4–7 years in brokerage ops with equity settlements and 15c3-3 experience.
• Experience managing settlement risk, buy-ins, and aged fail remediation.
• DTCC systems knowledge: DTC, NSCC, and related tools.
• Prioritize high-volume workflows; meet daily deadlines; adapt to changes.
• Clear written and verbal comms; explain complex settlement issues.
• Analytical with attention to reconciliations and calculations.
