📋 Description

• Oversee daily securities lending operations and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Reg SHO Rule 204 and SEC Rule 15c3-3.
• Reconcile cash balances and positions; manage reporting.
• Escalate operational issues and coordinate with trading, compliance, and technology teams.
• Support system improvements and operational initiatives to enhance accuracy and risk controls.
• Based in Chicago, Denver, New York, or Lake Mary with in-person attendance 4 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in securities lending operations, buy-ins, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Clear communicator; build cross-team relationships across groups.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environment; manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• FINRA Series 24 required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
