  • Excellent English communication skillsโ€”both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and related frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, customer-first mindset with empathy.
  • Ability to understand technical configurations and document them clearly.
